I missed ISAC, but heard there were some data shown demonstrating
intracellular staining for cytokines.

If anyone saw this and would like to comment on:

1. Cytokines detected. IL-4,IL-5 or IL-10?

2. Cells examined. PBMC or ?

3. Methods. The usual PFA and saponin?

4. What was used to stimulate the cells.

4. Quality of data. Did it look believable? What were the controls. How
much noise and nonspecific binding?

Thanks,
