Measurement of NADP/NADPH

Does anyone have any experience (suggestions) for measuring the levels
and/or ratios of NADP/NADPH in lymphoid cells? Are there specific
stains, etc? I don't believe that changes in autofluorescence will be
accurate or specific enough.

Regards,
