The members of the Ontario Flow Cytometry Users Association are
>interested in the idea of putting on a one day flow meeting in Toronto to
>coincide with the American Association for Cancer Research meeting, to be
>held in late March 1995. We expect that there will be a large number of
>flow people at AACR, and if there is sufficient interest we could arange
>a semi-formal program, with presentations by AACR attendees plus our
>local group, followed by some social lubrications.
>Our tentative topic is "Emerging Clinical Applications of Flow Cytometry
>in Oncology", which covers just about everything!
>So far as I know, this mailing list has not been used to organise a
>similar meeting in the past, but I am enthusiastic about the idea that
>local groups might be able to use it to pull together ad hoc flow
>meetings to coincide with the big basic science meetings.
>
>Please let me know if you are attending AACR and are interested in a flow
>meeting. Since this is at a very early planning phase, any suggestions
>would be welcome.
