The members of the Ontario Flow Cytometry Users Association are
interested in the idea of putting on a one day flow meeting in Toronto to
coincide with the American Association for Cancer Research meeting, to be
held in late March 1995. We expect that there will be a large number of
flow people at AACR, and if there is sufficient interest we could arange
a semi-formal program, with presentations by AACR attendees plus our
local group, followed by some social lubrications.
Our tentative topic is "Emerging Clinical Applications of Flow Cytometry
in Oncology", which covers just about everything!
So far as I know, this mailing list has not been used to organise a
similar meeting in the past, but I am enthusiastic about the idea that
local groups might be able to use it to pull together ad hoc flow
meetings to coincide with the big basic science meetings.

Please let me know if you are attending AACR and are interested in a flow
meeting. Since this is at a very early planning phase, any suggestions
would be welcome.
