Coulter service contracts

I just received in the mail a very interesting instrument
service contract from Coulter. For the first time in the
5 years that we have had our EPICS 753, they have made
their laser contracts available (at least to us) only if
we have an instrument service contract. In other words,
we have only had service contracts on the two argon ion
lasers but not on the instrument for the last 5 years.
I am wondering who else out there in Flow Cytometry land
Coulter is attempting to shaft. The BS just never seems
to quit from this company. The competition couldn't ask
for better advertising.
