I would like to enter the "Flow Cytometry information superhighway".
Our Flow Cytometry facility is geared for marine oceanographic sample
analysis. However, we also serve as a resource facility for the Univ. of
Hawaii, Manoa. In this capacity, we serve as a platform for several diverse
FCM applications. We have a Coulter 753 (EPICS V) flow cytometer with
ADC'sII, MSDS , etc.. Currently, Iam interested in upgrading our instrument
to a 5 PMT Configuration( From a 4 PMT Configuration). We are looking for
a Coulter Signal Amplification Module(SAM) to handle the extra PMT. I am
seeking your help and advice on how to spread the word to other users around
the country, who may have a spare (SAM) from an EPICS 740 or 750 FCM.
Thank you, I look forward to hearing from you. Hector.
