We would like to sort cells based on DNA content (live). However, these cells
have been treated with drugs that affect thymidylate sythetase. So, Hoechst
doesn't work very well. Does anyone know of any dyes that we could use to
stain the DNA of live cells, preferably a dye with a GC tendency?
