Hi HLA Flow Cytometrists,

We have noticed in the CAPS Flow Crossmatch surveys that 75% of the labs are diluting
their serum and 25% uses it as neat serum. We were wondering ...1) what serum (or sera)
is being used as negative control, 2) what diluent is being used, and 3)whether the
negative control serum was also diluted as well.
