Sigma's kit & reagents worked well.  Remember not to have azide in the
buffers during the biotinylation steps.

Hi Roger,
 
Any kit you buy from pierce.com will be the best available.  I have used
their products for 15 years.  By far the best.	Use thier long arm
spacer for best results.
