How to distinguish the lymphoma cell and the normal cell in FCM?

Gentleman:
  I want to use FCM to distinguish the tumer cell and the normal cell in
the single cell suspensions of lymphoma mass,could you tell me which
antigen is specefic for lymphoma,so I can take the antibody to distinguish
it from the normal cell in FCM.I have heard that cell culture is needed if
this kind of antigen doesn't exist,is it true?If you have experience about
this,could you tell me how to do this work?Thank you.
