Advice on the best assays

A colleague and myself would like to start running some assays on the flow
cytometer and we'd like to get the lists opinion on the preferred methods.
The following is a list of some of the assays we would like to get started:

Apoptosis
Cell proliferation
Cell cycle
NK marker/activity

Any ideas on how to get started are appreciated.  These assays would be
performed on canine and feline samples.  Also, any leads on best sources for
canine and feline antibodies would be helpful.
