I want to thank all who responded (Many, Many of you!) to my
GFP dilemma.  Almost everybody said to increase the nozzle
size.  I am sorting the same GFP cells right now with a 100 um
nozzle and it's looking beautiful!!

Keep up the great work group.  This group is  an invaluable sort of excellent information!!
