Hi, All,

Would anyone kindly tell me the theory of "Enzymatic Amplification
Staining (EAS)"? Is it just increase of the number of 2nd Ab bindings? If
so, the number of the 2nd Ab per 1st Ab is uniform? Has anyone have the
experience in EAS for FLOW? (I know an article in Cytometry 40:81-85pp.
2000. Any other papers recently?)
