Ebioscience (www.ebioscience.com) has rat-mouse Flk-1 (clone Avas12a1). I
used this clone for flow cytometry and Western blotting.

Subject: mflk-1 antibody from Pharmingen

I am trying to detect flk-1 on a mouse cell line. I am planning on using
Pharmingen's rat anti-mouse flk-1 monoclonal antibody but am unsure what
concentration will be optimal (unlabelled, follow by a 2ndary PE antibody)
Has anyone ever used this antibody for flow and if so what concentration did
you use?
