Hi Flowers,

First question: When a flow cytometry lab contracts out services do you
charge for set up time?


Second Question: I have an investigator who wants to determine the length of
time a cell spends in each phase of the cell cycle, not percentage of cells,
just the length of time. Can this be done by flow? Does anyone have
experience with this and could email a protocol?
