monocyte maturation in bone marrow

Sorry for the omission of the subject of my previous question.
How can I evaluate the degree of maturation of monocytes
in the bone marrow? Which are the best markers in monocytes differentiation.
Any suggestion will be apreciate. Thanks Alessandra
