Hello flow community,
I would like to re-ask questions concerning PNH testing by flow cytometry.

1. What markers are most people running and on which cells?

2. Are you doing two color analysis of CD55 and CD59 or single color
analysis? or multiple colors with other markers... if so what?

3. Are you including other markers? If so why and what are they?

Are you billing using 88180 x number of markers x cell types (ex. x4 if you
do CD55 and CD59 on RBCs and granulocytes?) If you do other markers, are
you billing for those?

What does your report look like?

What is your sample requirement and storage temperature and time?

Any procedural insites would be greatly appreciated as I am trying to
familiarize myself with this test.

Thanks and have a nice weekend all.....
It will be a beautiful weekend in Hawaii...and I know a beautiful weekend
elsewhere as all weekends are good.....

Bessie
