Is anyone aware of a commercially available antibody for leukocyte alkaline phosphatase (LAP), and has anyone ever tried using it to differentiate chronic myeloid leukemia from reactive leukocytoses? I couldn't find any publications specifically addressing this issue. My hematology technologists are begging me to find an alternative to the manual LAP count. Thanks in advance.
