Hello,
Has anyone experienced a loss or lessening expression of CD23 on cryopreserved cells
from a CLL patient.  When we test the patients fresh cells, they are CD23 positive
but when we test cryopreserved cells, they are dim intensity or negative.  Usually,
we are able to find expression of CD23 on cryopreserved lymphocytes.  We have not seen
this problem before.
