Hi:

Currently, I am working in monocyte detection in collagenase disgested
tissue. We use 7-AAD for viability and our impression is that (alive ?)
monocyte (CD14+ positive cells)take more dye as compare with other alive
cells like lymphocytes etc, etc. Of course death cells are the brigthest
7-AAD.

Somebody has experience with this?
