RE: RBC Surface Ag detection

I'm wondering if anyone has protocol for detecting the presence of the Rh ag.
"Big E" on the RBC surface of fetal hemoglobin (FHb) containing RBC's by
flow. I have the FHb staining protocol that calls for fixation and
permeabilization. Can blood bank reagents, used to serologically detect the
E antigen work with flow? What is the concentration needed and who supplies
the reagent? If anyone can shed some light on this I'd be very grateful.
