I'm wondering if anyone has protocol for detecting the presence of the Rh ag. "Big E" on the RBC surface of fetal hemoglobin (FHb) containing RBC's by flow. I have the FHb staining protocol that calls for fixation and permeabilization. Can blood bank reagents, used to serologically detect the E antigen work with flow? What is the concentration needed and who supplies the reagent? If anyone can shed some light on this I'd be very grateful.
