Dear all,

Once again the "I" International option for ISAC is miss treated.
Please would you remember that an important if not the most important
place actually in the ISAC is the rest of the world.
This is also the case in term of publications!
Canada is a good target and the internal US problems have to be solved by
the US members and may not have to disturb the organization of the next
meeting.

We French have tyhe memory of the Montpellier meeting where the US members
have keep all the control on the organization.
An unfair situation.
The result was... that the social activities where only built up for them.
The lunch and dinners where of very poor quality.
The European representation very low.. because of the high prices
...resulting from bad negociations...etc....
The ISAC meeting might push the scientific community to to
share ideas, knowledge, tips and advice - more than to be only considered
as a commercial event.

Please realize that the "I" part of the SAC has a high significance and try
to involve more
the local people into the otganization and please start to think that America
is not the center of the world and that the Canada... is a good oppotunity.

Sincerely yours

Patrice
