Dear Flowers:

I have a client who wants to measure the genome size of a nemotode using PI
staining.  I understand that this can be done but have not experience with
it.   Can anyone explain how we are to go about this or point me in the
direction of a good reference book.

As always I am eternally grateful for all the help that I receive from the
members of this list.
