Check out www.flow-amp.com They use an enzymic amplification sytem.

Hi all,

I am trying to collect information regarding those human cell-surface
(or/and cytoplasmic) markers one might have used/tried (and may be stopped
using it) and found it very difficult to analyse because you were not able
to get bright-enough signals.

In other words are there any markers which could really need/use a more
sensitive detection method? It could be regular CD markers or diagnostic
markers. I would like to apply our signal amplification methods on these
markers and see how much I can boost the signals.

Thanks in advance for any input/information.

Ragoo
