DNA damage and flow cytometry

Dear Flowers,
We want to try to set up a protocol for detection of DNA damage and
repair by flow cytometry. There are a lot of antibodies recognizing
indirect markers such as phosphorylated form of histone H2AX
(trevigen, upstate, ...) or DNA adducts i.e. 8-hydroxyl- deoxy
guanosine (BD, trevigen).
Has anyone already tried some of these products?
Any suggestions about other flow cytometry tools to detect DNA damage
and repair?
Thanks,
Simona
