Hi all,

At ISAC, I heard that people were using small beads for laser alignment of sorters
for bacterial work.  What beads do you bacterial sorters recommend?  I didn't get a
chance to find out at the meeting.

Also, how high can you can go pressure-wise before resolution of populations in FSC
x SSC becomes impossible?
