A recent antibody against human Bcrp1/ABCG2 has been made available
by bioscience. This antibody should be specific against an ABC
transporter that could be a marker for hematopoietic stem cells.
Has anyone used the antibody? With success?
What concentration has been used?
Has anyone tried to see if it does cross-react with mouse cells?

Thanks for any suggestions.
