I would like to put forth one more survey to the flow community,
specifically research universities.  What percent of your total
operating costs (salaries, supplies, service contracts, software and
instrument upgrades) are covered by user fees and what percent by other
sources (university support or grants)?  Rough estimates would be
greatly appreciated.
