Dear Flow Users, I realized while walking to the car last night, I didn't exactly clearly state my need for anyone to appreciate what I am asking..For this, I am sorry. Perhaps I can try again. I am treating isolated PMNs with Hespan and want to assess if there are residual carbohydrates left on the surface of the cells. Does anyone have an idea how to assess for this? thanks again, Bob Dear Flowers, I need to look for a possible carbohydrate on the surface of leukocytes and thought I remembered someone posting a similar question. Any recommendations are welcomed and appreciated. best regards, Bob
