Many thanks for all kind answers to my question on cell cycle
analysis with PI staining. The focus is whether RNase should be
used or not. Future experiments will test the importance of RNase.
Meantime, I would like to ask another question:
Which scale should be used to analyse cell cycle, Linear or Log?
