Supervisor, Customer Education
DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for developing and conducting technical training courses for
customers. Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or
data requires a review of identifiable factors. Exercises judgment within
defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Ensures
quality control of instructors and courses. Acts as advisor to subordinates,
becomes actively involved as required to meet schedule or resolve problems.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, or in Education with a
scientific minor. Requires five years technical training experience that
includes classroom delivery, and training program development and implementation
experience. Also requires four years flow cytometry experience (including FACS
Vantage operation), and one year supervisory experience or equivalent
combination of related education and experience
