Dear Keith, As far as I know, HC2 has not a CD Number (unstable McAb)and I do not think it is commercially available. We are using CD123 as a replacement for HC2 and preliminary data shows that it is useful in Villous disorders. In our hands it has shown positive in HCL and negative in other LPD. I hope you will find this dendritic cell marker useful for the differential diagnosis of HCL. Regards.
