Our lab uses pooled sera from 5-6 highly sensitized patients on the renal
transplant waiting list as a positive control.

Subject: IgM Positive Control Flow HLA Crossmatch

Hi,

I realise that there has been a recent similar query on the list but I did
not see any answers.

Does anyone know of a suitable multispecific anti-HLA serum of IgM class
suitable for use as a positive control in HLA flow crossmatching for kidney
transplants? If you do not know of one yourself, do you have a transplant
lab that does flow crossmatching, what do they use?
Thanks
Jenny
