Subject: Cy3 fixation
Dear all, I have been trying to use Cy3 in my experiments, but I'm
worry that it looked to me that I can not fix the cells after using
Cy3 because I loose the signal, does anybody have experience the
same... any recommendation?? in terms of the fixation method? I have
use methanol:acetic acid.. thanks Magda Lezcano
