Hi All,
Some time ago I posted to the flow cytometry mailing list about open
source flow cytometry sofwtare. As a follow-up to that email we are now
releasing a version of our JAVA teaching application "Facsimile", with GPL
licensed source code. Note that this is currently NOT an analysis package,
but rather a teaching software package that can be configured to include
your own data files, and related HTML based help text.

Check it out here,
http://jcsmr.anu.edu.au/facslab/facsimile.html

Have a look, and see how it works. We use it mainly for teaching the
concepts of threshold and compensation at this stage. Please read the
information provided carefully...

We are REALLY keen for people to contribute to this project. Please
encourage your local computer programmer with JAVA experience to look at
helping us evolve this software.
Thanks for your anticipated interest in this work.
Regards
Geoff
