I have a problem concerning setting the delay during the setup routine on my
EPICs Altra Sorter.
The current settings are:
- 70µm flow cell tip
- 32 psi
-Frequ.: around 65.0 kHz
-Drive: ca. 18-24 %
- Delay: 43-44
Using the matrix mode I try to sort 20 beads in one drop.
However, here comes my problem: The beads are split in at least three drops
with a maximum of 8-10 in one drop and 3-5 in both other drops. In
addition, these drops spray. This observation is very consistent and
reproducable.
Changing frequency, drive, room temperature etc. did not solve it.
Can anyone help me?
