The last time I checked  Kirkegaard & Perry (KPL) offered
polyclonal anti-salmonella antibodies labeled with FITC.  They also
had anti-Ecoli, anti-Borrelia, anti-Camplylobacter, and anti-Listeria.
They sell postive control antigen too.  I've never had any problems
with KPL's BacTrace product line.

figure 5 (page 519).
