I have a sample of periphereal blood, 40 years, woman, WBC 82.700. In
flow cytometric analysis, there are four populations: R1: CD19(-),
CD20(-), CD5(-), CD2(-), CD3(-), CD7(-),CD61(-), CD41(-), CD10(-),
TdT(-), CD14(-), CD16(-), CD56(-), CD33 (+++), CD13(+++), MPO(++) (mean
fluorescence: 25.36), CD34 (++), HLA-DR (-).
The second region, R2, the same size, but more granular (vacuoles?):
CD19(-), CD20(-), CD5(-), CD2(-), CD3(-), CD7(-),CD61(-), CD41(-),
CD10(+/- 17.85 %), TdT(-), CD14(-), CD16(+/- 25.01%), CD56(-), CD33
(+++), CD13(+++), MPO(+++) (mean fluorescence: 50.43), CD34 (-), HLA-DR
(-). The third region, R3 looks like normal granulocites, and the fourth
region looks like normal lymphocytes.
I think that R1 may be a M3 leukemia HLA-DR(-), but R2, may be also a M3
HLA-DR(-)?, Is only one kind of leukemia?, or is biphenotype?

In attachment, I send some files that are ineteresting

I hope some help

Thanks
