Whilst I agree that missing a thread can be annoying and collated answers are useful
summaries. Any public posts are at least available at a later date in the archives of
the forum. This should actually a first port of call resource for any flow cytometrist
asking a question on the forum. Okay sometimes it takes a little time to mine the
information but the information gained is usually invaluable.

To make better use of this forum, I think that once replies have ben
collated, these
should be posted for all to read. Frequently  I see interesting
questions, but only
fragmented dialogues and a final "thank you" note for the answers, but
not the actual
replies.
