To All:

I have an antibody that was manufactured to be used for "clinical"
sorting. The antibody is labeled with FITC. Since we have such a large
amount of this reagent we have alliquoted it and froze it in many vials.
Question?? How do I test this antibdy for reactivity over time? It
seems I need to test both for FITC binding and antibody/antigen binding as
well. Should I use biologic controls or some bead control? The major
problem is time. Controls used today usually expire in 6mo. to a year. How
to overlap??

	Any ideas??

	Jim Houston
