lecture on FACS

I have to give a 1 hour lecture on fluorescent flow cytometry to the staff
of our medical departments . The lecture has to include basic concepts of
flow cytometry and fluorescent flow cytometry , followed by nice clinical
examples of its utility in immunophenotyping of neoplasms , immune status ,
immune function , etc . I wonder whether anyone is aware of the availability
of pre prepared slide lectures which can be downloaded . Thanks in advance
