Pediatric normal ranges

I am looking for pediatric normal ranges for immunodeficiency panels. I am
doing single-platform absolute counts with a Coulter EPICS-XL, TetraOne
reagents, and Flow-Count beads. I have not been able to find normal range
studies that reflect this method. I do very few pediatric samples and am
therefore unable to establish my own ranges. I just returned from the CAC
and  CDC meetings in Orlando and it sounds like there will be some studies
published in the next six months but I'm wondering if anyone could help me
out in the meantime.
