>We have an EPICS V flow cytometer that we use for sorting. Our Cicero box
appears to be OK but the computer software crashes whenever we attept to
acquire data. Does anyone have an old Cyclops/Cicero unit (compatible with
EPICS V) that they are willing to part with?

Dear Elizabeth:

Because there are quite a few of these still around, we (Cytomation) now
have a small facility dedicated to helping people out with problems on
CICERO. No charge unless it amounts to something major, which it rarely
does. Could you perhaps make contact with Helmut Obergefell in our Freiburg
(Germany) office and I'm sure he will be able to help out?
helmuto@cytomation.de or +49-761-559-7370. We're 6 hours ahead of you on
the East coast.

Regards,
