We are looking for someone with a BS in Biology to work in the Neuroimmunology laboratory of the IRCCS Santa Lucia, in Rome, on a project that involves the study of rare subpopulations of T cells in patients with autoimmune diseases of the nervous system. The instrumentation consists of a 3 laser, 11 parameter MoFlo high-speed cell sorter, and of a confocal laser scanning microscope (Zeiss LSM 510). Prior experience in flow cytometry is a definite plus, but is not required. Training in multiparametric analysis and cell sorting will be provided.
