Can't resist adding to this discussion, with most of which I totally agree. Maybe one place to start is in educating the relatively small group of people who are reviewers of articles for journals. If they could be pursuaded to follow a "short" checklist of what to demand in the presentation of flow data, then the impact would be rapid because the reviewers are in a position to ask for changes before publication. If we could come up with such a short checklist, then we would need to get editors to distribute this list to reviewers along with any paper that includes flow cytometry. Alice Alice L.
