Being new to the Flow field, I need to ask the following questions,

1.  In what ways can HIV be quantitated and the virus be differentiated
based on infectious vs non-infectious particles?
2.  How well do the flow results of viral quantitation correlate to nucleic
acid quantitation assays( Roche Amplicor and Monitor test)?
3.  What are some good reference labs in the San Francisco bay area who do
contract flow work?
