We are currently working on grazing by marine protozoans and
need to find a cellular stain (phospholipids, DNA or RNA) that will
enable us to identify heterotrophic cells such as flagellates.

We need something which will excite at 488nm and emit at 585nm -
FL2 on a standard FacsCalibur.

Any suggestions please.
