I have a researcher wishing to sort tumour cells using H33342. The idea is to administer the dye to the tumour bearing animal 2-3 min before termination. The tumour is then dissociated to single cells which are sorted using H33342 fluorescence. The dye diffuses badly from blood vesseks and is therefore a marker of perivascular cells. Our problem is that we do not have a UV laser and were wondering what other options may be available to us. Can anyone help?
