Almost any dye of  this type will transfer most or all of its fluorescence to
the heme if it has <630 nm emission. Dyes excitable at 532 nm with emission
beyond 675 nm might work if the emission is totally beyond that of heme's
absorption but there essentially are none, except a few protein dyes, or the
ones there are tend to be nonfluorescent in water.
