Hallo Jaime,

what do mean with "Mac's Cell Quest acquisition file"? When you think about
a CellQuest document
(for example one for aquisition and/or analysis) than there is no way to
transform these documents
in a WinMDI readable format.

The raw data file containing you sample events can be read directly by
WinMDI.
